Ayrshire & Arran Tourism Strategy
The Moffat centre assessed Ayrshire & Arran Tourist Board’s (AATB’s) existing business tourism performance and identified appropriate business tourism markets to which the product should be matched.
A three-year strategy was developed as well as an implementation plan for Ayrshire & Arran Tourist Board which provided an effective delivery mechanism to realise potential.
