100k Welcomes - National Tourism Training Initiative

The National Tourism Training Initiative represents an update of the welcome host, Scotland’s best training programme which performed a key role in customer service training in Scotland. The new programme utilises electronic technology, web based resources and a truly innovative training format. It was funded by Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise and enjoys the full support of the Scottish Industry Forum, Scottish Enterprise and the industry itself.
