Attractions of Snowdonia Learning Journeys
This is a two part review of best practice and of the development of competitive exemplars conducted for a consortium of visitor attractions in North Wales. The project has involved evaluating outstanding attractions that can provide clear indications of how to develop in areas such as: family based marketing, seasonal extension, spend on site, developing profitable event and growing corporate hospitality. The lessons are provided via arranged field trips to quality exemplars with briefing and ‘behind the scenes’ guidance for operators
