The Lighthouse Glasgow: Hospitality & Revenue Generation ReviewThe Moffat Centre provided an independent diagnostic review of the service, product offer and financial return of the erstwhile contract caterer at the Lighthouse, Glasgow. Potential UK caterers who were interested in the operation of hospitality services at the Lighthouse were identified. Additionally we provided advice on the most beneficial financial arrangement for the Lighthouse to develop in order to build competitive advantage in their service offering.
