Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh (RBGE): Revenue Forecasting & Feasability

The RBGE commissioned the Moffat Centre to provide guidance in preparation for the re-development of the West Gate. A review of the initial hospitality, retail and corporate space and proposed content in the RBGE was undertaken to provide realistic recommendations in respect of the proposed development. This was undertaken with cognisance of the context of the Scottish visitor attraction market. Reference was made to comparable models of UK and international best practice and clear suggestions on how to maximise existing and future catering, retail and resources were provided.
