Tayside Food Initiative

Scottish Enterprise Tayside commissioned the Moffat Centre to carry out a critical review of food initiatives and activities with actual or potential impact on tourism.  This built on a previous study undertaken by the Moffat Centre on behalf of Scottish Enterprise National in 2002.
