The Lighthouse Hospitality and Hospitality ReviewThe Moffat Centre provided an independent and objective diagnostic review of the service, product offer and financial return from the erstwhile contract caterer at the Lighthouse, Glasgow. Potential UK caterers who interested in the operation of hospitality services at the Lighthouse were identified. Additionally we provided advice on the most beneficial financial arrangement for the Lighthouse to develop in order to build competitive advantage in the service offer.
