Lanarkshire Review of Hospitality Provision

This report presents the methodology, findings and recommendations from a review of catering provision across three South Lanarkshire Council sites, specifically; Horizons Restaurant and Coffee Shop, Calderglen Country Park and Chatelherault Visitor Centre. The report takes the format of three development plans tailored to the specific requirements of each site. The plan recommends a strategic direction for improving operations, increasing revenues and attracting and retaining customers.
