Edinburgh Zoo Hospitality & Revenue Generation Review

The Moffat centre prepared a Business Development Review of the catering facilities at Edinburgh Zoo which was aimed at improving customer satisfaction levels as well as optimising the quality of service provision. Intercept surveys were conducted during peak hours to evaluate the existing levels of customer satisfaction. In order to evaluate the quality of service analysis was undertaken during peak and non-peak serving times. Quality food and beverage development were benchmarked against leading UK/ international operators who exhibited similar user profiles.
