Callander Food Initiative
The Moffat Centre in association with Earlshill Farm Foods was commissioned in August 2000 to develop, market and deliver the Callander Food Initiative programme.
In total, four training days were hosted, which saw 14 participants from 8 organisations take part. An aftercare visit was progressed with all but one participant, and evaluation forms were distributed and assessed.
