Glasgow Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre Financial & Marketing Feasibility

Kibble Palace is an ‘A’ listed building and is currently being restored to its original condition as part of a £9 million project. It is to due to re-open to the public in Autumn 2006. The Moffat centre was commissioned to provide guidance in order to ensure that the quality and sustainability of the new visitor centre provided visitors with an enjoyable experience. The study output was to develop a draft Business Plan for the new visitor centre to include:

• Options for funding the centre;
• Recommended management structure;
• Uses and styles of spaces;
• Financial plan
