Baxters Retail Development Feasibility Analysis

The Moffat Centre were commissioned by ‘Gordon and Ena Baxter Ltd’ to review and examine the documentation relating to the feasibility of retail development within Lomond Shores (Quayside), Balloch. The Moffat Centre team reviewed the project viability under the following key headings:

  • Visitation and market penetration
  • Customer profiling and expenditure potential
  • Customer considerations in the medium to long term.

    • Business Development staff visited the proposed site and reviewed the operation and the proposed developments including:

  • car park
  • residential development
  • transport linkages, etc.

    • Interviews with key development and project staff were conducted in order to consider a breadth of data indicative of long term viability.
