Tall Ship Marketing Strategy

This project was undertaken to provide tactical and operational advice to the Clyde Maritime Centre in their management of the Glenlee Tall Ship at Glasgow Harbour. The Moffat Centre provided on-line development assistance on an ‘on-call’ basis and advised on areas such as catering and hospitality, marketing and business planning. Our business development consultants provided direction for the development and growth of this business.
