Canadian Tourism Commission – Evaluation of Travel Buying Exhibitions

The Moffat Centre provided a report to consider the effectiveness and perception of the CTC Spotlight Event (13th – 15th March 2006). The report provided an understanding of how the nature of buying is changing and how CTC can best maximise investment in sales events. The Moffat centre undertook surveys and analysis to inform recommendations on behalf of the CTC to contribute towards greater understanding of customer buying. Specifically we analysed the effectiveness of the 2006 Spotlight Event and compared it with innovations in other sectors.
