What we do
We have developed expertise in the fields of tourism and travel and are one of the leading University based research and consultancy centres in Europe.
We passionately believe that tourism can be one of the main economic drivers in any economy. All stakeholders, from public to private sector, from multinational to Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), must work collaboratively towards the common goals of long-term viability of their destinations. This is achieved through partnership and integrated goals by businesses and public sector, gaining the support of the community through participation and involvement thus increasing visibility to attract visitors.
Each project is unique and we tailor our approach to meet clients’ objectives. Our consultancy draws on our research which is second-to-none – we are university-based and have access to the most up to date information and research, as well as to a range of experts in a variety of disciplines other than travel and tourism. We provide realistic, down-to-earth, practical advice and recommendations that are of immediate use to our client group.
We are based in Glasgow, Scotland, but have carried out projects internationally in some 27 countries.
